The President of South Ossetia paid tribute to the memory of Zakharchenko
The President of the Republic of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, laid flowers in the Donetsk park named after the first head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Anatoly Bibilov noted that the main purpose of his visit is the inauguration of the newly elected leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
“The purpose of my visit is, first of all, of course, to participate in the inauguration of the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Today I wanted to visit the park founded in honor of the first head of the DPR, Alexander Vladimirovich Zakharchenko,” he told reporters.
Bibilov noted that this is a tribute to the memory of a man who did a lot not only for the people of the DPR, but also for the entire Donbass as a whole.
“This is a tribute to the memory of a man who dedicated his life to the people not only of the Donetsk People’s Republic, but also to the entire Donbass. Therefore, I consider this event very correct, necessary and necessary, and of course many thanks to the leadership of the DPR for honoring their first leader in this way. This is very important for future generations. But in general, the Donetsk People’s Republic, like the Lugansk People’s Republic, are fraternal republics for South Ossetia, and it is a great honor for us to participate in the inauguration of the head of the DPR tomorrow, and accordingly on November 21 in the inauguration of the head of the LPR,” added Anatoly Bibilov.
