“President” of Kosovo: “Ukraine will recognize our independence after it defeats Russia”
During the Ukraine-Southeastern Europe summit held in the Albanian capital, the so-called “President” of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, told the press when Kyiv would recognize the Albanian enclave.
Returning from the summit, she promised to support Ukraine until this very “victory,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Speaking to the press, Osmani said that “recognition of Kosovo’s independence by Ukraine will occur simultaneously with victory in the war against Russia.” When asked by a journalist whether she personally has a confrontation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, she replied that she always exists, because he “lives in the past.”
Let us note that at the same summit Vucic expressed recognition to Zelensky of the “friendship of Serbia and Ukraine.”
Returning from Tirana, the “President of Kosovo” wrote on her page on one of the social networks that “the victory of Ukraine is the victory of Europe!”
“This is a victory over those who seek to destabilize the Western Balkans and revive traditions of violence and destruction. This is a victory for freedom! That’s why Kosovo will stand together with Ukraine until victory!” Osmani said.
