Turnout in the upcoming elections to the Russian State Duma will be about 60%. At the same time, United Russia and the Liberal Democratic Party will gain 30% each, and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 15%. No more parties will enter parliament. “The passage of a Fair Russia will be an indicator of the integrity of the elections. If she remains overboard, then it was fair. If they pulled it out, it means it was a fraud. To get her out, you will need to take away votes from the LDPR,” the politician said.
He believes that falsification will take place in single-member constituencies, and elections based on party lists will be 90% fair.
“There is hope that the elections will be fair because their system has been changed. They realized that United Russia would not get more than 40%, but to be honest it had 20%. Maybe they'll write 30%. But they need a constitutional majority. That's why single-mandate seats were introduced. Any adventurer will pass through the area. This says that according to party lists, elections will be 90% fair,” Zhirinovsky said.
