Kyiv, April 21 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Under the new government, potentially “grain” positions in the government of Ukraine are actively being sold for 30-100 thousand dollars.

According to the publication, for example, for such a price you can purchase an appointment to the post of head of the district administration. In recent days, acting President Alexander Turchynov appointed more than 100 new heads of district state administrations, the publication clarifies.
The material retells a conversation when the buyer, referring to the Maidan victory, remarked: “And I thought that nowadays they don’t trade positions.” “They trade, but our prices are divine - no need to share with the Family,” was the answer.
The magazine claims that the ministries have retained the corruption schemes that worked under the old government. For example, the processing of toxic waste, which must be carried out by importers of machine oils or packaged food products, still remains fictitious. Processing companies receive money, but in reality they do not perform the work. In the field of packaging processing alone, the volume of the corruption market is estimated at UAH 8 billion. And the corruption rent in the agro-industrial complex is $10 per ton of grain for export, or $3 billion per year.
However, the trade in positions is not as brisk as it could be - presidential elections are coming up in May, and therefore many clients are waiting for the situation to “settle down”, so as not to risk resigning soon after their appointment.
