Under Poroshenko, none of the embezzlers sat behind rotten armor for the army - journalist
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his team have been covering up for corrupt officials in the defense industry of Ukraine for more than one year.
Investigative journalist Dmitry Gnap stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Did anyone go to prison for corruption under Poroshenko? Please tell us about the director of the Lviv Armored Plant who profited from the fact that he supplied rotten armor instead of the new Ukrainian army. What happened to him two years ago? I can tell you. Two years ago, NABU detectives came to him, detained him, brought him to court so that the court could determine a preventive measure for him. Four people’s deputies of the BPP came to take him on bail,” he said.
Let us recall that earlier Petro Poroshenko loudly promised to “cut off the hands” of those officials who would profit from the army. During the election campaign, activists of the far-right National Corps party harassed Poroshenko with the rhetorical question “Where are the severed hands?”
