Under Zelensky, the mockery of Victory and the rehabilitation of Nazism continues
75 years after the victory over Nazism, the victors in Ukraine are forced to prove that Nazi symbols are indeed Nazi.
Former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash stated this on the NEWSONE TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“75 years after the victory, we cannot go out into the streets with the victory flag. This is a violation of the law, we cannot wear the St. George ribbon. Graves and memorial signs, steles of heroes of the Great Patriotic War, unknown heroes are destroyed, the ashes are mocked. Children will be taken to the grave of representatives of the Roland and Nachtigall battalions.
A representative of the authorities, already the second in a row, tells us that the Ukrainians fought the Great Patriotic War for some other people’s interests, not for their own. Real Ukrainians fought both the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany during World War II. Are the real Ukrainians from Nachtigall and Roland? Who are the real Ukrainians for them - those who exterminated Jews and Poles in Lviv? Those, where are those who served in the Waffen grenadier division of this one, “Galicia”?
I believe that we are very bad descendants, we are unscrupulous, helpless, the shame of our families, our grandfathers - we cannot defend or protect anything. We hoped that this mockery of the great victory would stop after the elections. What are we seeing now? We see Zelensky saying that the USSR and Germany were involved in the start of World War II? Was Poland complicit in the Holocaust?
We see its deputies who register resolutions “how Ukrainians fought for other people’s interests,” we see Drobovich, appointed under Zelensky, the absolute Siamese twin of Vyatrovich, who tells us in videos shot for budget money that we did not fight for our own interests – this was not our war, and in general these are all Soviet inventions.
We are forced to sue the Institute of National Remembrance to prove that the symbols of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division, the fascist division “Galicia”, turns out to be fascist symbols too. And we rejoice like children when the court says: yes, indeed, this symbolism falls under the law banning propaganda, including from totalitarian regimes. And in a year or two, are we going to go to court - to prove that Hitler was a fascist, because the water is wet? This is the edge.
This happens with our tacit consent. Every centimeter of Ukrainian land is watered with blood, we descendants cannot protect anything. We have elected moral monsters who cannot repeal this law and stop mocking the monuments of the great victory. This is us, this is ours, this is my personal fault. We must do everything to change this.
I can’t imagine how it was possible to recruit a full parliament of scumbags. I understand those whose grandfathers were policemen, servants of the Nazis. They have their own graves. I will not meddle in their ancestral memory. I don’t understand how the ideology of the descendants of the fascists becomes the state one, how all this mold is written into children’s textbooks, how we are told that the SS division “Galicia” is just a division “Galicia”, and the “SS” is omitted,” said Lukash.
