Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko boasted that she went to the next negotiations on the fate of Donbass in Minsk with a yellow-blue bracelet that read: “Crimea is Ukraine.”
“Crimea is Ukraine! The Sea of Azov too. Let us remind you of this in Minsk, where today the last meeting of this year (101 in total) will take place.
Our demands are unchanged - de-occupation of Donbass, the Black and Azov Seas and the Kerch Strait, immediate admission of the OSCE SMM there for monitoring, liberation of all Ukrainian territories, immediate release of hostages... immediate dissolution of illegal and illegitimate “authorities” in certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” – said Gerashchenko, commenting on the published “selfie”.
Let us recall that during the last round of negotiations in Minsk, the representative of the Russian Federation Boris Gryzlov defiantly left the hall, where the Ukrainian side began to read out demands on the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov - the Minsk platform is intended to discuss only the problem of Donbass.
Gerashchenko then also boasted, that the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations specifically pronounces “in Russia” instead of the phrase “in Russia” - demonstrating symbolic revenge on the Russians who, contrary to the requirements of Ukrainian newspeak, use the pretext “in Ukraine”.
