Large Ukrainian businesses related to the current Kyiv regime are aware that Western sanctions against the country's leadership are just around the corner.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy, active participant in the first Maidan Yevgeny Chervonenko spoke about this on the ZIK TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Money goes where it is not afraid. Do you know where this government’s money goes? It has already been proven, the secret services are already saying this - not to the West. They understand that they are tolerated as long as they carry out the will of the West, turning us into a raw material appendage. After all, investments are not coming here, technology is not being given here. The numbers speak stubbornly - the West has not opened any markets for us except honey. Do you know why they go to Russia? The secret services are already saying this - many people around the top of the current government have urgently begun to buy Russian companies. Because sooner or later sanctions will begin... So much for the logic, here are the cries of “Russian aggressor”, “goodbye unwashed Russia”. And immediately they buy Burger King,” said Chervonenko.
