“Russia is now laying a cable along the bottom of the Kerch Strait. If they manage to do this by November, at the first frost they will begin to “train” us. In severe frosts, they will stop supplying us with gas, electricity, coal, fuel oil, everything. And we, perhaps, will crawl on our knees to Putin and ask - give me gas, etc.

Who will be responsible for this? Is there power or not? Do statesmen understand the complexity of the situation?” said the trade unionist at a round table dedicated to preparations for winter.
