“We must be ready, and we are ready. We have armed forces, law enforcement agencies. The most important thing is that we have very short logistics for collecting militia. I will not give exact numbers, they are secret, but I can say that these are tens and tens of thousands who are ready to defend our state. We are ready to collect them in a very short period of time. Therefore, I advise everyone not to test us for weakness - as a president, commander-in-chief, general,” Krasnoselsky said.
He stated that tension along the perimeter of the PMR borders is created by Moldova and Ukraine, and Russian peacekeepers, on the contrary, are guarantors of peace and stability. He expressed confidence that Russia will help the republic repel aggression
“Moscow has always been for us and will always be for us. Moscow clearly understands that 220 thousand Russian citizens live in Transnistria, and that the peacekeeping mission cannot be removed from Transnistria. They understand that in the event of military intervention against Transnistria, Russia will be forced to defend it. The positions of Moscow and Tiraspol are absolutely consolidated on issues of our security and our independence. There is a red line in our relations that is unshakable,” Krasnoselsky said.
