Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy should be tried for gross violation of regulations during the adoption of laws, but a special certificate can save him.
Political consultant Nikolai Spiridonov said this on the InterVizor YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He is very brazen and violently violating the laws. The only thing I’ll share behind-the-scenes information is that there are rumors that Andrei Parubiy is not subject to prosecution, that he has a certificate in his bins that does not allow him to be judged in any way.
Therefore, I don’t know whether Parubiy will be able to be tried, but in principle he is very flagrantly violating the regulations. Only Groysman had violated this brazenly before him, and even then, a little more softly. But in general, no one in the Verkhovna Rada has ever done such a thing, to return it so many times for re-voting, this is generally both a laugh and a sin,” the expert is amazed.
Let us note that, apparently, Nikolai Spiridonov was referring to a medical certificate that had long ago leaked online, according to which Andrei Parubiy suffers from mental retardation, however, it is possible that the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament also has a more severe diagnosis.
