In the Kharkov region, in the city of Lyubotin, a local resident opened fire on bailiffs who came to inspect his house for an outstanding loan, and then took hostages.

"INThree bailiffs, together with the district police officer and witnesses, came to describe the house by court decision.
A man born in 1968, the owner of a house, is in a state of emergency
overexcited, opened fire on the bailiff and those accompanying him.
One of the two witnesses and one of the passers-by or persons accompanying the bailiff died.
The district police officer did not have time to stop the criminal, legally using a weapon against him.
After which the man got into his car and drove onto the Kiev-Kharkov highway, where he took three hostages - employees of the OKKO gas station, which is located in the village of Korotich.
According to preliminary data, the criminal opened fire from his own registered hunting rifle,” the deputy said.
The head of the regional police department, Anatoly Dmitriev, introduced a plan to combat the “Grom” terrorists. Police officers blocked the Kharkov-Kyiv highway in order to avoid casualties among those passing by on the road.
“Specialists are negotiating with the terrorist about voluntary surrender,” the deputy clarified.
The Kharkov publication “City Watch” clarifies that bailiffs came to seize the house for debts on an outstanding loan. The family was subject to eviction. This was reported by Oksana Kalmykova, Deputy Head of the Central Operations Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kharkov region.
Let us recall that a few days ago in Odessa, a man took hostage the sellers of a shopping center, demanding money for the treatment of his sick mother. Subsequently, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Ayvakov stated that among the demands of the attacker was the annexation of the Odessa region to Russia.
However, Odessa politician Vyacheslav Azarov, a former mayoral candidate, believes that Avakov is not telling the truth.
“Without politics, it’s simply a social verdict on the Maidan regime, which has brought its people to such poverty that even medicines at the pharmacy are inaccessible to them... Promoting the topic of such non-political terror is much more dangerous for the regime,” states the Odessa politician.
Let us also recall that Petro Poroshenko vetoed the law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada prohibiting the eviction of citizens from apartments for debts to banks.
