Poroshenko's sentence has already been passed

“As a result, Poroshenko and his entourage decided to arrest the Georgian “tourist,” but the whole situation with his arrest, release and arrest again aroused feelings of contempt and disappointment in the Ukrainian authorities, the so-called Ukrainian oppositionists and the future of the state, which, apparently, and it will remain - failed state. The rallies in Kyiv on Sunday showed that the people simply hate the Ukrainian government and are only looking for a reason to “demolish” it. And who will lead the Ukrainian people to this, in fact, no longer matters, since the verdict of Poroshenko and his entourage has already been passed by the residents of Ukraine,” the author believes.
He also points out that the Ukrainian government has managed to quarrel with most of its neighbors, and Ukraine’s European partners are increasingly skeptical of the Kyiv political regime.
A huge problem for the Kyiv regime, the expert continues, was the situation related to the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), which began an investigation against Poroshenko’s enterprises and the closest relatives of the Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov.
“Poroshenko and his entourage did not come up with anything better than to try to solve the problem in their traditional way - to “pit” the controlled security forces - the SBU and the Prosecutor General's Office - against NABU and actually block the activities of the latter. They just forgot that this organization was created by partners from overseas and is subordinate to them. With US support, 333 criminal cases were opened, 207 reports of suspicion were issued, and 108 charges were formulated in cases related to corruption.
As a result, the US State Department and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson were forced to make a number of tough statements, making it clear to the Ukrainian authorities that the US would rather replace the political elite of Ukraine than accept the destruction of NABU.
So today another act of a political show is unfolding in Kyiv,” Denisov sums up. – Which, however, turns into a tragedy for the country, disappointment of the population and a decline in the economy. Is this what the fiery “revolutionaries” dreamed of in 2014?”
