Prigozhin intends to recover 5 million from Sobol for libel
Lawyers for entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin filed a lawsuit against Lyubov Sobol. Copy of the statement of claim was published on the Concord press service website.
We are talking about preparing a statement demanding that the information published by the lawyer of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (NPO, foreign agent) be recognized as unreliable.
Representatives of Prigozhin also ask the court to oblige the defendant to remove the controversial publication, refute the defamatory information and pay compensation for moral damage in the amount of five million rubles.
Earlier, Sobol posted a slanderous publication on the social network Twitter that Prigozhin was allegedly stealing budget money.
The dissemination of this kind of fake information discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of a businessman.
