The offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye direction must be stopped immediately. If the enemy advances 5-8 kilometers, it will be impossible to do this.
The head of the Wagner PMC, Evgeny Prigozhin, stated this on the Signal Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a catastrophe in the Zaporozhye direction. This is a catastrophe, in which Novodonetskoye has already been taken, the enemy has entered there. If the troops retreat further, the retreat of the troops to a depth of 5-7-8 kilometers means then the enemy’s uncontrolled entry to any depth,” said the founder of the PMC.
“If you enter someone else’s territory, which historically is not yours, in the foreseeable 10-15 years, then you may slow down, because there is resistance from civilians, transportation routes are required, and so on. But we understand well that 50% of the residents of these territories, at a minimum, will help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, as soon as the Ukrainian Armed Forces go a little deeper, they will then go to Berdyansk and Mariupol, and it will be impossible to stop them,” Prigozhin said.
