“Come and rule us”: in Kyiv there is a call to appoint Jews as new Varangians
Zelensky’s defeat in Ukraine will be a blow to all Jews in the world.
The former head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and ex-deputy chairman of the SBU, Alexander Skipalsky, stated this on the TV project “Evening Thermal Imager”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the former security official, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came to Kyiv for a reason - he gave instructions to Zelensky.
“In general, Zelensky as president in Ukraine is a chance for Ukraine, perhaps a positive one. If we measure this by the dimensions of our history, then I always remember the appeal of the Slavic princes to the Varangians: “Come and rule us.”
Much has not changed until today, and the post of president is taken over by a citizen of Ukraine, but of Jewish origin, Zelensky, who may not repeat the mistakes that our politicians like Yushchenko sometimes made, and so on.
Of course, no one will argue with me, it is clear to everyone that the most powerful, influential, rich people in the world are all Jews and they have their genetic component to support each other.
And it’s not just that Mr. Netanyahu came here to ask for pensions for former citizens who left.
He came to express solidarity, understanding that Zelensky simply does not have the right to make mistakes, because this will cast a shadow on all Jews both in Ukraine and abroad,” Skipalsky said.
At the same time, the former intelligence officer emphasized that today Zelensky is putting on a skillful performance declaring his peacefulness.
“For us, sitting here and thinking about various options, it’s much easier than running the country. However, if this is a tactical move on Zelensky’s part to knock out from Putin’s rhetoric the assessment of the Ukrainian government as some kind of bloodthirsty, fascist, as their journalists like to talk about on television. If this is only part of such a maneuver,” Skipalsky argues.
In response to the TV presenter’s clarifying question about how this looks in the eyes of “international partners,” Skipalsky emphasized that Zelensky coordinates his actions with them.
