The latter, according to media reports, belongs to the brothers Igor and Grigory Surkis.
According to Ukrainian media, the names of Surkis appear in the criminal proceedings of the NABU regarding corruption schemes in the energy market of Ukraine. The media call the former director of the “energy network” Dmitry Kryuchkov Surkisov’s man. Oblenergo, which Kryuchkov “collaborated” with, also belonged to Surkis.
