Kyiv, November 24 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Since 2004, the Ukrainian leadership has been aware of the existence of Russia’s plan to dismember Ukraine in response to NATO expansion.

There are two goals. Immediate. That with such a dismemberment, NATO, since there will be no border, will not accept Ukraine - most of the countries of the alliance will not be ready to take responsibility for a non-existent border. If a certain part of Ukraine joins NATO, then the border will be moved as far as possible from Moscow,” Chaly explained the motives of the Russian side.
