The time has come to re-register Ukraine
Ukraine needs to reformat the state by strengthening the regions and providing them with expanded economic rights. Otherwise, the country may face territorial problems and separatism in the regions.
Political scientist Andrei Ermolaev stated this on air on the Politeka Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Now, it seems to me, a new balance between local elites and the center is a vital necessity for Ukraine. So far we have not yet reached Donbass-2, Donbass-3, Donbass-4, which is generally possible along the perimeter of Ukraine. But this is still half the task.
The second half is due to the fact that there is a need for dialogue with regional elites regarding the formation of balanced, economic and socially effective complexes...
We see that the old regional structure, such a Soviet under-communized, is beginning to fail, it is very heavily bureaucratized, a huge amount of money is spent on maintaining these regional apparatuses, an unspoken demarcation, often economically unjustified, not to mention the risks associated with the criminalization of this shrinking power...
There must also be a new regionalism. If we are talking about the formation of a more effective republican government with the participation of regional elites, then the regions should not be small regions with kings, but truly balanced,” Ermolaev said.
