The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) has banned controversial activist Pyotr Pavlensky from leaving the Russian Federation, who left the country three months ago.

It is noted that he did not pay a fine for setting fire to the door of the FSB building and compensation for the damage caused, reports the Moscow news agency.
The FSSP said that if he returns to the country, he “will not be able to go back until he pays the debt.”
Let us remind you that Pavlensky fled the Russian Federation three months ago, accusing the authorities of attempting to “liquidate” him. On the night of November 8-9, 2015, Pavlensky approached the FSB building and doused the front door with a canister, then brought a lighter and set it on fire. After this, he was detained by FSB officers.
