Privatbank has found a cunning way to profit from Ukrainian refugees and at the same time support the Ukrainian Armed Forces
PrivatBank, together with the Visa and Mastercard payment systems, has launched a charity initiative, within the framework of which one hryvnia will be sent from each payment made by card for purchases abroad to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The bank's press service reported this.
“From May 16 to June 30, pay with PrivatBank cards abroad - and we will send one hryvnia from each transaction to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the message says.
To join the promotion, they say at the bank, you need to register on the website or by clicking the “Join” button in the message received in the Privat24 application, by e-mail or Viber. The number of transactions, and therefore the hryvnia transferred to the Ukrainian military, is not limited.
Let us remind you that Privatbank, like any other bank in the world, makes a profit from each payment made through its system. Thus, if some Ukrainians take the bait packaged in a patriotic wrapper, the bank will be enriched by a certain amount of money. In a crisis, every penny counts.
