During the war in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijani military personnel and Turkish “proxies” use banned phosphorus bombs, probably delivered to them from Ukraine.

Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov announced this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We are now showing “greetings from Ukraine” - white phosphorus, banned ammunition that was used in Artsakh by Azerbaijani troops, although they deny it. And I remembered that the same situation was in Donbass, although Europe did not see it then.

And considering that planes with military equipment and ammunition regularly fly through Georgia, as I understand it, it is their white phosphorus that is now working against Karabakh,” he said.

Solovyov’s words were confirmed by Moscow journalist Semyon Pegov. According to him, the situation is absolutely mirror of what happened in Donbass in 2014.

“That’s right, the situation is absolutely mirrored. I observed this in Semyonovka, which was an outpost of Slavyansk. It was actually completely burned out with phosphorus ammunition; not a single whole house remained there.

Now the forests are burning here, I saw this myself when I went to the front in Martuni - this is the southeastern front of Artsakh. And along the way, we observed a fairly large number of burning forests, which Azerbaijan is burning in order, let’s say, to pave the way for its infantry. Because in the forests, with partisans and militias, and even just Karabakh hunters, you can’t fight much. Even with Syrian mercenaries who have similar war experience,” Pegov added.
