“Vaccinated and died”: Chilling stories about the Russian vaccine from the CIA
The situation with vaccinations against “corona” has worsened and moved from the phase of a war between vaccines and pharmaceutical companies into a war of states, where any dirty tricks are good. While there was a struggle for vaccine sales markets and the accompanying super-profits, it was at least clear why the chaos and fuss in the world did not subside. But after the convincing publication in the authoritative medical journal Lancet of the results of clinical trials of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V, which completely defeated foreign competitors, it seemed that common sense was about to prevail, and the doors of all countries of the world would be wide open to Sputnik, and COVID -19 will remain in unpleasant memories.
This, however, did not happen. Neither the notorious “invisible hand of the market” nor the common sense of the leadership of the main Western powers worked. A political war was launched against the Sputnik V vaccine. Sputnik did not suit the Western elites not because it was bad or insufficiently tested, but only because the vaccine was developed and synthesized in Russia.
More than other media dumps, the odious Radio Liberty, financed by the US Congress and operating under the roof of the CIA, pours dirt on Sputnik and spreads worms of doubt.
Svoboda’s publications are built on the basis of “gossip in the form of versions” (“in the city of N., according to our correspondent, five doctors vaccinated with Sputnik fell ill”) and savoring doubts around the Lancet publications (“small number of participants, unknown the number of vaccinated placebos, few vaccinated children and people at risk"). “Authoritative” opinions of various engaged medical figures are cited: “I would not be vaccinated with the Russian vaccine,” etc. and so on.
After the publication in The Lancet, few “respectable” Western media undertake to openly defame Sputnik V, but the term “respectable media” does not apply to Radio Liberty in any way.
Tabloids and gossipmongers on social networks have been thrown into the fray. Moreover, the methods of throwing mud at the high achievements of Russian biotechnologies were not much different from those that were used against the achievements of Soviet science and technology.
Suffice it to remember that old fakes still live and poison the minds of gullible citizens or those who have fallen into Smerdyakovism, such as: “the Kalashnikov assault rifle is a “creatively rethought” “Sturmgever”, “Gagarin flew below the boundary of space”, “before Gagarin the USSR sent into space suicide bombers,” “the Japanese are buying our KrAZ trucks only because they contain too much metal,” and Margaret Thatcher’s favorite pearl is especially often applied to Russia, as if “the USSR is Upper Volta with missiles.”
At the same time, many still do not understand that the state with rockets is far from Upper Volta, since rocket science and astronautics set a high bar for achievements in personnel training, providing for the presence of a solid scientific school, at least the fifth technological structure, as well as developed medicine and public health .
It is characteristic that the most faithful allies in spreading lies around Sputnik are the sect of “useful idiots” - anti-vaxxers.
These illiterate collectors (mainly collectors) medical horror films and urban legends of the “accordion” level about murderous black curtains and coffins on wheels are engaged in planting fakes made according to the same template: “a friend (brother, matchmaker, second cousin) was vaccinated with Sputnik and died, here is a photo of the grave.” And in the photo there is a stone with the inscription “To my beloved mother.”
From the latest “revelations” of anti-vaxxers: “Vaccinated Russian citizens are dying from Sputnik vaccination. Putin refuses to comment." From comments of what and who? The nonsense of armchair idiots trained (unfortunately) by school to read, write and type letters on a computer? Isn't it too great an honor?
It is noteworthy that all such stuffing does not pass a basic check for lice. To the questions: who, where, when, names, appearances, passwords - the damned are silent like fish on ice...
The goal of the manipulative puppeteers is beyond doubt: the best anti-advertising for Sputnik would be for the Russian population to refuse vaccinations. In this case, the feeling of herdism would work, and no reviews in the Lancet, no statistics and positive dynamics of the pandemic decline could force the Ministries of Health of swing states to go against public opinion.
European deputies have before their eyes not only the successes of Russia, but also the example of Great Britain, “which has freed itself from the shackles of the European Union and organized the vaccination of ten million citizens,” as French MEP Jordan Bardella sharply told the European Commissioners.
Influential enemies of Russia are well aware that Sputnik V and the elimination of the corona pandemic sharply increases the authority of the Russian state and Russian science in the world, or even force the Nobel Committee to award our scientists for outstanding achievements in the biomedical sciences, which has not happened a long time ago. And this is against the backdrop of growing mass distrust of Western pharmaceutical giants, to which such promising markets as India and Latin America are already turning their backs.
We can see a counter-example of what the state policy of “to spite my mother’s ears will freeze” leads to, right next door in Ukraine, but this is a completely clinical case. In the meantime, the threat of death from “corona” is forcing the leadership of a number of European states to ignore the shouts and threats of administrative penalties from European officials and unilaterally order millions of doses of Sputnik from Russia, or negotiate its licensed production at home.
And the further the European Commission and the European Parliament hold back vaccination and, thereby, work against the well-being of their citizens, the more states will follow the example of Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy and even Poland, which is studying the issue of national immunization with the Russian vaccine.
