This was stated by the chief police officer of the Lviv region, Colonel Dmitry Zagaria, quoted by channel “112”.
Zagaria told the details of the tragedy. According to him, on April 18, in the village of Lopatin, Radekhovsky district, a local police inspector tried to stop a fight that broke out between local residents.
“He tried to break up the fight, but was hit in the head and lost consciousness for a moment. Then the monster - I can’t find another word - tied the policeman to a seeder, which was drawn by two horses, and pulled him along the road. At the same time, the attacker hit the district police officer on the head with a metal pipe,” said the head of the Lvov police.
Local residents tried to stop the horses, but they failed. The horses pulled the body of the district police officer 13 km towards the border of the Brody district. The criminal threw the body of the policeman into a reclamation canal filled with water, and he himself fled the scene.
Today two local residents who committed this crime were detained. They face from seven to fifteen years in prison.
The deceased policeman Andrei Dumansky left two children - a twelve-year-old son and a four-year-old daughter.
As Politnavigator reported, in the Lviv region they dealt with a local policeman with medieval cruelty, tying him alive to a cart with horses and dragging him along the road for 13 kilometers.
