Confession of Yekhanurov: There are morons on stage, smart oligarchs pull the strings
The Ukrainian politicians who seized power after 2014 are by no means brilliant, unlike the oligarchs, who hold the real levers of controlling the situation in the country.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov stated this on TV channel 112, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The low-intellectual level of the government and parliament does not allow the country to move quickly and normally. The fact is that people of this type do not understand, that they do not understand, because they do not understand,” said Yekhanurov.
“If you are talking about a low intellectual level on a government scale, is there any doubt that the oligarchy has this level, to put it mildly, above average?” asked the presenter.
“Much higher. I want people to understand that the oligarchy is smart guys who work for themselves. They created monopoly structures, and now don’t be surprised by high tariffs and rising prices. So it will be, this was taught even under Marxist-Leninist science, this is an axiom. If there is a monopoly, then it leads to one thing – an increase in prices and tariffs,” answered the ex-prime minister.
“Is some kind of vaccination, an injection of patriotism possible? “Guys, they’re already full,” the journalist asked his interlocutor.
“It doesn’t happen that way. The work of the Antimonopoly Committee is needed. I think that these guys understand well where Koshcheev’s needle is, that’s why no one listens to this monopoly committee in Ukraine at all. First of all, what they will fight with next year, if the timing approaches, is the formation of the composition of the antimonopoly committee. This is a very sharp knife in the hands of the authorities, which may or may not work, as is happening now,” admitted Yuri Yekhanurov.
