“This is a hole of almost 150 billion hryvnia. And this is a huge challenge for the whole country. For those who are already pensioners, this is a de facto challenge. Therefore, a third of people in the country are on a minimum pension. Is a mockery. This system needs to be rebuilt,” Groysman said.
