Confession of an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: I fought in the Donbass on drugs - otherwise it was scary
The former head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for combating drug trafficking, and now an adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ilya Kiva, admitted that he used “weed” during his participation in the war in Donbass.
He stated this on air at Skrypin.ua.

"I do not drink. Life is so short, if you keep shortening it for yourself, you won’t have time to do anything at all,” Kiva answered a question from journalists.
“And you don’t smoke or drink?” – asked the presenter Natalya Yakimovich.
“No, I’m trying,” the nationalist replied.
“And the grass?” – Yakimovich clarified.
"Grass? Oh, how you love... Well, okay, of course, in war, but how? I’ll tell you honestly - during the war I was ingratiating myself, but it’s scary. It was so scary that a day before leaving I stopped eating. Do you know why? So as not to take a shit. So that your subordinates don’t suddenly see this, because it’s scary,” admitted Kiva.
Let us recall that in 2015, Kiva, being one of the leaders of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kiev-controlled part of the Donetsk region, publicly called for the shooting of passengers on buses traveling to the LDPR. Kiva demanded a complete blockade of the republics, citing as one of the arguments the need to stop drug smuggling.
