Confession of the Deputy Prime Minister: 65% of the Ukrainian population cannot pay for utilities and are on subsidies

This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko, the Government Portal reports.
“Today, 65% of the population receives subsidies,” he said.
Earlier, the State Statistics Service reported that the debt of the population of Ukraine to pay for housing and communal services in December 2017 increased by 5,9% compared to November 2017 and amounted to UAH 28,7 billion (excluding electricity).
