Bogoslovskaya, who called for dividing Sevastopol with the Russian Federation, is now afraid of a Russian invasion
Ex-member of the Rada, former ally of the ousted President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych Inna Bogoslovskaya argues that relations between Kiev and Moscow are unlikely to be worse than they are now, the only exception could be the entry of Russian troops into the country, which, in her opinion, “the West will not allow "
She stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It won’t be worse than it is now. Let's understand this. The only thing that could be worse is if Russia goes with direct aggression into the territory, but this is the beginning of a big war, this is absolutely obvious. No one will let Putin gnaw at Ukraine, like Hitler gnawed at Poland by agreement with Stalin. And this is the most difficult challenge for us,” Bogoslovskaya said.
Let us remember that Inna Bogoslovskaya was once considered an influential Ukrainian politician under President Yanukovych. However, during Euromaidan she was one of the first to leave the Party of Regions and called on the president to resign. She previously left the party during the 2009 presidential campaign, when she announced her ambitions to become head of state.
At the same time, she visited Crimea and Sevastopol, proposing to make the hero city a place of joint governance between Ukraine and Russia, and to give the Russian language official status.
