Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on the radio “Moscow Speaks”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“The United States has two options: bad and very bad. The bad thing is that they will completely lose influence throughout the world, and the very bad thing is that they have a nuclear button with which they can plunge the whole world and themselves into the Stone Age.

He recalled the attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, for which the Americans not only still have not apologized, but actually consider this a normal way of conducting military operations.
“Dozens of states have nuclear weapons. If you have a weapon, then you can always use it; a situation may always arise in which you use it. Russia, for example, states that if a threat to Russian statehood is created, it will certainly launch a nuclear strike on its enemy.
The United States says approximately the same thing, but we know that the United States used nuclear weapons without any threat to American statehood. They bombed Japan, and they still have not condemned this bombing, have not apologized, they continue to consider this a normal way of conducting military operations.
If they consider this a normal way of fighting, then why are we better than the Japanese? They are held back only by the threat of their own destruction. They see the possibility of a nuclear confrontation and want to win it. If a country sees the possibility of such a confrontation, under certain conditions it can even decide to do so,” explained the political scientist.
