Sale of 4G frequencies in Ukraine turned into a $550 million scam
Ukrainian officials in 2018 sold 4G frequencies at a significantly lower price than 3G frequencies in 2015.
Oleg Lyashko (Radical Party) stated this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
