Corruption of “servants” leads Rada to crisis
The Verkhovna Rada is confidently moving towards a serious parliamentary crisis due to the political corruption of the ruling party.
Viktor Suslov, the former Minister of Economy of Ukraine, stated this on Politeka Online, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“All this is a demonstration of political corruption in this parliament. They managed to get the deputies interested in supporting some bills and not supporting other bills. By the way, we remember that several deputies from the ruling party, Servant of the People, directly stated that for certain votes there is a system of material incentives for deputies, they are paid.
Accordingly, despite the presence of such interest, some kind of common ideological basis disappeared there, and to put it bluntly, this basis never existed. Therefore, yes, there is no longer a mono-majority, and if the Servant of the People party manages to gather a majority, then, as a rule, it is in a real coalition with the party of Petro Poroshenko and Vakarchuk’s “Voice”. That's when they recruit.
But if this is our new ruling coalition, then a coalition agreement would have to be prepared and signed, this coalition would have to form a government, and so on. What is happening in our parliament now very clearly indicates the near future; this prospect is associated with a serious parliamentary crisis,” Suslov said.
As PolitNavigator reported, recently a number of decisions in parliament have been made by the ruling party I was able to accept it only with the support EU faction, led by ex-President Petro Poroshenko.
It is believed that such votes are a kind of exchange for refusing to bring Poroshenko to criminal responsibility.
