They plan to put the sale of Ukrainian land on stream
Ukraine is one of the few countries in the world where the land market is not yet open.
Deputy Minister for Occupied Territories Yuriy Grymchak stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Every year they introduce a moratorium. And, frankly, if this continues, the country will never be ready for the market, just from the word in general. As far as I understand, the opening of the market will bring an influx of investment and economic growth and budget growth. Therefore, it seems to me that, if we consider that today, in my opinion, five countries in the world do not have free sale of land: Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, in my opinion, Congo - that is, the “richest” countries on our planet. Well, Ukraine.
Therefore, I think that this should have been done a long time ago, the only thing is that, you know, two years ago there was a bill that the Cabinet of Ministers developed, where there were restrictions that only citizens of Ukraine had the right to buy land, no more, in my opinion, 300 hectares per farmer and so on. And when this was introduced, the outcry was such that it simply filled our ears, especially from our patriots, who sometimes did not even read the history of their own country, because, to be honest, private ownership of land has not been in Ukraine for the last 100 years, and before that it existed “, the official noted.
“The main opponent of the land market, by and large, is not people; the main opponent of this is agricultural holdings, which actually rent land for pennies; sometimes it is used simply in a barbaric manner, that is, without any control. And it benefits them. Therefore, I believe that the market needs to be launched and worked out legislatively,” added Grymchak.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, After the opening of the land market in Ukraine, President Vladimir Zelensky is going to sell the southern part of the country to the Turks.
