Kyiv, February 01 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Vladimir Putin is successfully implementing the strategy of destroying Ukraine, while Kyiv officials are focused on PR victories like hoisting a yellow-blue flag over the village councils of Donbass.

We have 50% of vacancies for deputy ministers, half of the regional and district administrations in the country are not staffed, ambassadors are still not appointed.
