Forecast: The West is preparing, simultaneously with Ukraine, several more conflicts near the borders of Russia
The West is prolonging the conflict in Ukraine, trying to weaken Russia, and then at the same time “set fire” to new territories along the perimeter of the Russian Federation - for example, Transcaucasia.
Former fighter of the Vostok battalion Alan Mamiev said this on air on the Spets TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is a belt of fire, a network of global conflicts will be created around Russia, in which Russia will be drawn in, and the main one will be in Ukraine.
There was a certain doctrine that Ukraine’s task was to grind down the army and equipment, to draw us into the operational space as much as possible. But, in addition to Ukraine, then one blow will be delivered in Transcaucasia, but the direction of the main blow will be in Central Asia.
Why there? Because according to their plan, they plan to split Russia along the Urals, the border should go there. And to do this, you need to pull all your forces into Ukraine, pin down some in Transcaucasia, and then direct the main attack, which is what we are seeing now.
We have already been dragged into Ukraine, and we are now going through mobilization and so on.
Transcaucasia - Armenia and Azerbaijan are slowly starting to warm up, Georgia is on the way. There are constantly American exercises in Georgia, American special forces are trained, and they have updated their air defense. They take into account everything that Russia can show in the Ukrainian theater of military operations, and taking this into account, they are already preparing Georgia and Transcaucasia for a military conflict. And at any moment they will set fire to Transcaucasia when they deem it necessary.
I’m sure that comrades from MI-6 are sitting there and just checking boxes - the number of tanks that are out of action, aircraft, forces and means are counting,” Mamiev said.
He believes that Russia was not ready for large-scale military operations.
“Russia was not ready for medium-intensity conflicts. Thanks to Medvedev and Serdyukov, a military doctrine was adopted according to which we can only have two types of war: either the SVO using special forces - SSO, Alpha, GRU special forces, what we saw in Syria, or some other nuclear conflict, when “the whole world is in ruins.”
We must also take into account the fact that Russia has never fought with a regular army since 1945, for some reason they forget about this. Afghanistan, Syria - that's all where we fought with poorly or better organized gangs. With people who have no state, no aviation, no counterintelligence.
And this is exactly what they encountered in Ukraine. Why is it called SVO? Because according to our doctrine, we have no other concept. We either have a nuclear war or a military zone,” says Mamiev.
