"Kharkov Design Bureau named after. Morozov" (KhKBM) - the only Ukrainian enterprise for the production of armored vehicles - failed to fulfill the state order
The former first deputy commander of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos spoke about this in an interview with the Kiev online publication “Apostrophe”, answering about the situation at the KMDB.
“The incorrect or deliberately incorrect organization of the work of the KMDB led to the fact that the state order was not fulfilled, there were breakdowns in salary payments and people began to quit. I know that law enforcement agencies have already begun to find out who is to blame for this situation. In my opinion, problems at KMDB arose because state control over the processes was not strong enough,” Krivonos said.
As PolitNavigator reported, in the Rada admitted that Ukraine is not able produce modern weapons and equipment.
