There are many random people in the Servant of the People party; it does not represent a consolidated political force, and voters are increasingly disappointed with the policies of the new government.

Director of the Agency for Social Communications Sergei Belashko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The talk about the change of power in Kyiv was in the logic of “let’s do it again.” This was the interpretation of the presidential elections in two rounds and the parliamentary elections (this is the third round). Next is the reformatting of parliament and the formation of a government (fourth round). Further, the fifth and sixth rounds were already supposed to be a change of the head of the capital and local elections.

If we recall the events of a hundred years ago, there was such a concept in Soviet historiography as “the triumphal march of Soviet power.” What the “reds” did a hundred years ago, the “greens” wanted to repeat. But history repeats itself the first time in the form of a tragedy, the second time in the form of a farce. And it turned out to be such another farce.

It turned out, in general, that Zelensky does not have a monolithic political force, not even monolithic, but more or less organized, streamlined and structured. There is a certain amorphous group of randomly gathered people who are divided into several groups of influence. And between these groups there are still free elements wandering around, thinking about where to join, where to sing carols, etc. And with all this gop company, going to some new election campaigns is not “doing them” but “doing” ourselves. Opponents are not asleep.

Anton Polyakov, a majoritarian deputy from the Servant of the People... I see the last one was literally on his way to you, reading the telegram channel... This is the case when submitting a statement to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau about political corruption about the sale of districts in the regions, about the sale of places on the lists, etc. . Why is this being done? This is being done in order to undermine in advance the position of Servant of the People in local elections. He was elected under the Servant of the People brand, but he was expelled from the faction for not voting on a number of “sensitive” issues for the president’s party.

If we look at the level of local authorities - and from whom, in fact, these votes were formed, where did these people come from who were candidates from the Servant of the People, where did the people in the election commissions, agitators, etc. come from, it turns out that these were either random people or some people who were being used.

This audience was rushed there. Now all these people see what policies are being pursued by the party in power - pressure continues on the Orthodox Church, the ousting of the Russian language from all spheres of life in Ukrainian society continues.
Naturally, there is disappointment, I mean those regions that gave the highest percentage for “Servant of the People.”

On the other hand, in those regions that voted more actively for Poroshenko, no one there is fascinated by Zelensky either. There is disappointment there too, but disappointment that radical reforms are not being carried out.

If in the south and in the east people believe that Zelensky should somehow stop putting pressure on the church, on the Russian language, then in the west they believe that he should put more pressure on the church, that he should infringe on the Russian language more, and more actively push it out of Ukraine.

Thus, Zelensky, for those people who considered him one of their own, is becoming more and more a stranger, and for those for whom he was a stranger, he is no longer becoming one of their own, he is also becoming even more of a stranger,” the sociologist concluded.
