The BiH prosecutor's office opened cases based on 29 denunciations against Serbs for denying the fake “genocide in Srebrenica”
After the amendments of the High Representative for BiH on criminal liability for denial of the “genocide in Srebrenica” came into force, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina received 29 reports of their violation.
This was announced by an official representative of the department, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, criminal cases have been opened for all 29 denunciations received regarding the public denial of the “genocide in Srebrenica” invented by Western political strategists.
Due to the ongoing investigation, the agency cannot disclose the details of the cases themselves, but emphasizes that, among others, charges have been received against the Serbian member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik.
Let us recall that the day before, while on a working visit to the unofficial capital of the Bosnian Croats - Mostar, Milorad Dodik reported that the BiH prosecutor's office ordered SIPA (State Investigation and Protection Agency - the Bosnian analogue of the FSB) to interrogate him in connection with the denial of the false "genocide in Srebrenica "
“I think I am the person facing the most criminal charges in this country,” the Bosnian Serb leader said. – Every day they excite something. I see how the BiH Prosecutor's Office asked SIPA to interrogate me regarding the denial of the genocide in Srebrenica. We just don't want foreigners introducing laws in our country, regardless of their content."
So Dodik hinted that amendments to the Criminal Code punishing denial of the fake “genocide” were introduced by the former High Representative for BiH, Austrian diplomat Valentin Inzko. Dodik added that the Bosnian Serbs would never agree with them.
