The prosecutor's office achieved the cancellation of Menyailo's orders that violated the rights of entrepreneurs
Sevastopol, September 24 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Sevastopol Prosecutor’s Office filed protests against the acting orders. Governor Sergei Menyailov in the sphere of trade in alcoholic beverages. The documents protested by the prosecutor's office were cancelled.

The basis for the response was the results of an audit conducted by the prosecutor's office in order to supervise the legality of regulatory legal acts of government bodies.
During the audit, it was established that these orders did not fully comply with the requirements of the law and violated the rights and legitimate interests of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
Regulatory acts created administrative barriers and unlawfully introduced additional requirements for doing business. In particular, the orders provided for the requirement of unnecessary documents to obtain a license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages and assigned control functions to an unauthorized body.
The rights of entrepreneurs have been restored.
