Sevastopol, September 12 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – In Sevastopol, at the request of the prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district, the dismantling of a building erected in violation of the requirements of the Urban Planning Code was carried out during the construction of a recreational complex on Cape Fiolent at the address: Fiolentovskoye Highway, 134.

During the prosecutor's inspection, it was established that on the land plot, which is leased by Porfir LLC, a capital construction project was erected without permission - the foundation of a building with columns. Construction work was carried out by Construction Company Forum Crimea LLC without a construction permit or design documentation.
In connection with the identified violations, the prosecutor of the Balaklava district issued a decision to initiate a case against the developer and its director for an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 9.5. Code of Administrative Offenses (construction of a capital construction project without a construction permit if its implementation requires obtaining permits).
Based on the materials presented by the prosecutor's office, the construction company and its manager were fined 500 thousand rubles and 20 thousand rubles, respectively.
In addition, the district prosecutor's office filed a claim with the Balaklava District Court against the tenant of the land plot to recognize the specified object as an unauthorized construction and its demolition.
The prosecutor's claims were recognized and executed by the defendant before the court's decision.
