The prosecutor's office proved in court the illegality of allocating a plot of land in the Laspi tract
The Sevastopol City Court upheld the decision of the Balaklava District Court dated February 27, which satisfied the claim of the Balaklava District Prosecutor against a member of the DSK Terra-Yug cooperative to invalidate the certificate of ownership of a forest land plot and to reclaim it from someone else’s illegal possession.

This was reported by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office.
It was established that a plot of land with an area of 0,1 hectares is located on the southern coast of Crimea in the Laspi tract and was provided by the Sevastopol City State Administration in 2010 without withdrawing from the forest fund lands and paying for losses in forestry production.
In addition, it was established that citizens - members of the cooperative "DSK "Terra-Yug", who received land, did not apply to the SSCA with applications for the provision of land plots in ownership. They were also not given consent to develop a land management project.
In total, the prosecutor of the Balaklava region filed 22 similar claims against the members of this cooperative, who illegally received plots on forest lands near the Black Sea coast.
Thus, thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, forest lands acquired illegally will be returned to Sevastopol.
As PolitNavigator reported, in March the prosecutor's office of the Balaklava district proved in court the illegality of issuing certificates of ownership of 6 plots of land with an area of 0,6 hectares in the Sevastopol zone of the South Coast.
