The prosecutor's office is studying anti-Russian statements by Nemtsov and Yavlinsky regarding Crimea and Donbass
Moscow - Kiev, November 30 (PolitNavigator, Ksenia Kolomoisky) - The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation sent to the Moscow Prosecutor's Office an appeal from the Chairman of the Anti-Fascist (Anti-Maidan) Council of the Russian Federation Evgeny Shabaev regarding the posting of an anti-Russian publication on the official website of the political party "Yabloko" (leader Grigory Yavlinsky). The author of the appeal also demands that the leader of the Solidarity movement, Boris Nemtsov, whose public statements fall under the criteria of criminal offenses, be brought to criminal responsibility.

Thus, the text of a statement was published on the official website of the Yabloko party, which sets out the official position of Yabloko on “the annexation of Crimea and the transfer of Russian weapons to the so-called separatists, sending volunteers to them, propaganda and military support from Russia.”
As for Boris Nemtsov, similar charges have been brought against him in relation to a text published by him on his personal website and the Ekho Moskvy website entitled “10 Theses on Crimea.”
These materials, according to the Anti-Fascist Council, have the elements of a crime specified in Chapter 29 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Crimes against the foundations of the constitutional order and security of the state,” paragraph 1 of Art. 275 “High treason”, Art. 280 “Public calls for extremist activities”, as well as paragraph 2 of Art. 280.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.”
The General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation instructed the Moscow prosecutor's office to organize an inspection taking into account the applicant's arguments and, if there are grounds, to take prosecutorial response measures.
“Particularly indignant is the fact that the Yabloko party, having received more than 2011% of the votes in 3, receives state funding in the amount of more than 100 million rubles,” Evgeny Shabaev noted to PolitNavigator. –
State structures are playing at democracy, not noticing obvious violations of the fundamentals of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which is why the Anti-Fascist Council turned to the Prosecutor General's Office with a statement of high treason against the Yabloko party and the leader of the Solidarity movement, Boris Nemtsov. We will monitor the verification process and feed the investigation with new materials, not allowing the case of high treason by the country’s liberal-Maidan elite to be stalled.”
Co-chairman of the Anti-Fascist Council Oksana Skoda noted that the Council was created, first of all, with the aim of preventing Maidans in Russia. “As a former citizen of Ukraine, I am personally familiar with the negative results that Maidan individuals brought to the country. Now Ukraine actually does not exist, and all this is the merit of the last Maidan, which began harmlessly - with songs and dances, and ended in civil war. The liberal brethren in Moscow are also not asleep. Let's face it: she hasn't been sleeping at all lately. Therefore, our task is to prevent Russia from “jumping” its future the way the sub-Europeans did in Ukraine,” she commented.
