The prosecutor's office intends to return 4,5 hectares of forest land to Sevastopol
Sevastopol, March 27 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Sevastopol Prosecutor’s Office conducted an inspection of the legality of the acquisition of land plots by members of the service cooperative “Housing and Construction Partnership of Individual Developers “Optima-S”.

During the inspection, it was established that the registration service of the Main Department of Justice in Sevastopol during 2013 and January-February 2014 registered the ownership of 75 members of the said partnership for land plots along the street Oceanic with a total area of more than 4,5 hectares.
The basis for issuing title documents for forest land was an alleged order of the Sevastopol City State Administration, which was not actually issued.
The transferred land plots are forest lands and the permitted type of their use has not changed.
Thus, land plots with a total area of more than 4,5 hectares with a market value of more than 188 million rubles were illegally removed from the state property of the city.
The materials of the prosecutor's audit were sent to the investigative authorities to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed on an especially large scale).
