The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine announced that Gennady Korban was suspected of creating a criminal group under Article 255 of the Criminal Code.

Prosecutor of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine Vladislav Kutsenko announced this during a briefing at the SBU.
“We already reported suspicion to Mr. Korban yesterday. And one of the articles – Article 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – is the creation of a criminal organization,” the speaker of the GPU emphasized.
It was also reported that the Prosecutor General’s Office will demand that the court choose arrest for Gennady Korban as a preventive measure.
Vladislav Kutsenko also reported that SBU officers showed material evidence in the case of the detention of the leader of the UKROP organized crime group Gennady Korban. These are hundreds of seals of fictitious companies.
“210 stamps were seized. Of these, more than 100 have already been verified, and most are fictitious activities,” he said.
