In particular, the prosecutor asks the court to apply a preventive measure in the form of detention against the suspect, increasing the amount of bail to 3,2 million hryvnia.
“Thus, disagreeing with the court’s decision regarding the amount of bail, which is insufficient to ensure proper procedural behavior of the suspect, the capital’s prosecutor’s office filed an appeal demanding that the amount of bail be increased from UAH 544 thousand to UAH 3,2 million,” the report says. .
Now the appeal from the prosecutor's office has been sent to the Kyiv Court of Appeal for a decision.
