According to her, the basis for filing claims was the materials of the prosecutor's inspection, during which violations of the law were revealed.
Thus, it was established that the entrance to the pharmacy premises is not suitable for lifting wheelchair users due to the lack of ramps or lifting devices.
In addition, the prosecutor's office of the Balaklava district has initiated cases of administrative offense under Art. 9.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (evasion of compliance with accessibility requirements for social infrastructure facilities for disabled people).
