In Sevastopol, yet another fraud of the Ukrainian authorities with the last undeveloped lands of the southern coast of Crimea - near Balaklava (in Sevastopol) - has been revealed.

The Balaklava District Prosecutor's Office proved in court the illegality of the State Registration Department of Sevastopol's rights and cadastre entering into the state real estate cadastre two land plots with an area of 0,2 hectares in the Ayazma tract near the "Golden Beach" in Balaklava.
It was established that the plots were provided to OK "DSK "Druzhba-9" on a false order of the Sevastopol City State Administration, without removal from the forest fund lands and without payment for losses of forestry production.
Citizens - members of the service cooperative, who received the land, did not apply to the administration with applications to provide them with land plots of ownership. They were also not given consent to develop a land management project.
The Balaklava District Court satisfied the claims of the prosecutor's office in full, invalidated the cadastral registration of these land plots and decided to reclaim them as state property of the city of Sevastopol.
Another 8 similar claims by the district prosecutor regarding lands illegally allocated by OK DSK Druzhba-9 are currently being considered by the court.
