The prosecutor's office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol revealed the deception of clients that the Consol company (former head - current speaker of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov) committed during the construction of an apartment building in the Omega-2 microdistrict.

The inspection was carried out at the request of elderly spouses - pensioners and disabled people.
“It has been established that the Consol LTD company did not fulfill the terms of the agreement concluded between the pensioner-shareholder and the developer in terms of finishing work.
In connection with the identified violations, the district prosecutor's office submitted a proposal to Consol LTD LLC, which has now been reviewed and satisfied in full.
Based on the results of consideration of the prosecutor’s response document, the guilty official was brought to disciplinary liability, finishing work in the pensioners’ apartment was carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract,” reports the press service of the supervisory agency.
