The prosecutor's office became interested in groundless inspections of businesses in Sevastopol
Sevastopol, December 12 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Sevastopol Prosecutor’s Office carried out checks on the legality of the implementation of control and supervisory functions carried out by territorial regulatory authorities in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the city.

Thus, facts have been established that the bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Rospotrebnadzor, the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Inspectorate and the Main Directorate of Natural Resources and Ecology carried out groundless inspections of business entities, illegally brought them to administrative responsibility, and carried out repeated inspection activities.
In order to eliminate the identified violations and bring the guilty officials to justice, the prosecutor's office made 4 submissions to the heads of these bodies.
