According to her, in violation of Article 51 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, Yanos-V LLC is carrying out construction work without permits on a land plot that does not belong to this enterprise by right of use or ownership.
Based on the results of the inspection, the prosecutor's office issued a decision to initiate an administrative case against the specified legal entity and the director of the enterprise on the grounds of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established construction procedure).
